Jen's Protein Matcha
This is my go-to morning drink when I want something energizing, nourishing, and hormone-friendly. Unlike a typical coffee or matcha latte, this version includes protein and adaptogens to support your hypothalamus and hormonal balance—especially important for women in peri- or post-menopause. Caffeine alone can stress your system during this phase of life, but pairing it with protein, healthy fats, and supportive herbs like ashwagandha helps balance your energy without the crash.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Iced or Warmed Fresh Goat Milk
1 Pack Pique Life Matcha*
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
1 Scoop of Native Path Collagen*

1/4 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
