Jen's Immune Strengthening Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 T Ground Flaxseeds.

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Mango 

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 in Ginger Peeled

  • 1-2 Cup Organic Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 Cup Goji Berries

  • Few Fresh Mint Leaves

Blend ingredients together and sprinkle with Goji Berries and a few fresh mint leaves.

I chose all these beautiful ingredients because, together, they are a strong immune booster. A few fun facts:

  • Ground flax seeds keep fiber high cleans your gut. Remember, most of your immunity is from your gut. Keep your gut healthy and your immune system will be strong with nothing being able to affect it!

  • Goji berries have the highest amounts of vitamin C out of any food!

  • Ginger has antiviral and antibacterial properties to fight off bacteria.
