Citrus Superfood Salad



  • 3 Cups of any Dark Green Lettuce—Kale, Spinach, or Mixed Greens

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 fresh orange and/or grapefruit

  • 3-4 sliced radishes

  • 1 sliced medium cucumber

  • 1 ounce of broccoli, alfalfa sprouts or micro greens 

  • Dress with extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 squeezed lemon, pinks salt & pepper

  • Sprinkle of roasted almonds, slivered (about 2 ounces)


Wash and chop lettuce and place into large bowl with cucumber and radishes. Peel oranges and/or grapefruits; slice or cut into pieces. Pour dressing over the lettuce, season with sea salt and pepper, and toss. Lay fruit on top of greens. Garnish with almonds and sprouts or micro greens. Delicious!
