A Nutritionist's Guide to South Florida

Live in Southern Florida or planning a visit? I moved to Jupiter/Palm Beach, Florida almost a year ago and have loved finding the best spots to frequent. Check them out below!

Juno Beach

There are so many incredible beaches to explore in Florida but Juno Beach is my favorite for taking long walks.

Hamsa Power Yoga

I completed teacher training with this studio and it was incredible. The best place to get a hard core, sweaty vinyasa yoga in!

Breathe Salt & Yoga

I love practicing here when I’m needing a beautiful glow class that is a tad more mellow. I LOVE Neil’s class!

Fit Town

Great people, great instruction, great equipment. My go-to gym!

Christopher’s Kitchen

My favorite vegan restaurant that I go to at least twice a week! My son loves their vegan mac and cheese and I love their Macro Kale Bowl with rice and gluten-free mushroom pizza.

Perk Coffee

Great local neighborhood coffee shop / restaurant. I like to order their Power Bowl with a match almond milk latte.

Tipsy salon & Spa

My go-to for getting my nails done! It is a friendly, clean salon that has consistently great service.

The Royal Poinciana Plaza

The Royal Poinciana Plaza is one of my go-to spots for shopping. It’s fun to even just walk around and window shop.

Celis Produce

Located in Palm Beach, I love stopping here to enjoy a smoothie bowl.

River house

The best brunch spot! If you have a boat, you can dock and stay a while.

1000 North

They serve the best dirty martinis I’ve ever had! Plus, you can’t beat the waterside view.
