Summer Coconut Smoothie

This is one of my current favorite smoothies as it is packed with nourishing ingredients like aloe juice, coconut butter, and bee pollen.

Ingredients (All organic):

  • 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Water

  • 3 oz Aloe Juice

  • Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup Frozen Peaches

  • Sprinkle Ceylon Cinnamon

  • 1 Large Date

  • 1/2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk

  • Two Scoops Native Path Collagen

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

  • 1 tsp Bee Pollen (for topping)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients for 10-12 seconds, top with bee pollen, and enjoy!
