6 Week Clean Living Revamp


Jennifer's clean living revamp gives you the tools and one-on-one help guidance to begin a new, clean life. She will also make sure that once your program is complete, you walk away with the confidence and the steps needed to maintain long-term success.

Once you schedule your initial 60-minute cleanse consultation, you meet Jennifer either in-person, on the phone, or via Skype to get to know each other and gain an understanding of your lifestyle, and the nutrients that will be unique to transforming your body. After this initial meeting, you’ll be sent a personalized meal plan including the best recipes Jen has come up with over years of research and experimentation. During the next four 60-minute personal sessions with Jennifer (they take place once every other week) she will help you track your progress and set new goals.

Throughout each one of your sessions, as well as email access to Jennifer, you will always have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any-and-every element of your health that you are looking to transform.
